CONFIRMATION

An order from anoto.club is only confirmed via email. Kindly wait for an email confirming your information and order/s.

PAYMENT

All payments for anoto.club are accepted through direct bank deposit. A proof of payment must be sent through email.

SHIPMENT

All items are delivered within a week (3-7 working days), excluding holidays. Additional charges may apply depending on your location. You may track your package through https://www.sonicexpress.com.ph/. Please also know that we are not responsible from any delays upon item/s has/have been claimed by our courier.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All exchanges will be subjected for approval, and only will be accepted in the following conditions.

The client wishes to exchange to another size;
The client wished to exchange to another product.

Item/s must be returned in less than 7 days upon receiving, and must be in its original packaging with tags. Used and/or worn items will not be accepted for returns.
